That is why Josh chose it to be the place to propose to his girlfriend Felicia! I watched as they sat there as part of the crowd. Then they got up and walked to the cross. They asked a stranger to take a photo of them there. I weaved through the crowd to get a good view because I knew what was coming next! He got down on his knee and proposed! She said YES and the crowd went wild!! Yay!!
