Surprise Proposal at Looking Glass Falls

There was a pretty good amount of planning and coordination that went into this surprise proposal at Looking Glass Falls. My videographer and I arrived at the waterfall to set things up and make sure that everything would go smoothly. There weren't very many people there that early and things were looking good. The future bride's sister and partner got there with so many roses! They set up a light up sign, an easel with a portrait of the couple, candles, and made a heart out of rose petals. They made a trail of rose petals leading to the spot. There was even music set up to play upon their arrival!

Meanwhile, the couple was with a group of their friends all on vacation together. They came to the waterfall as a group to be tourists.

We waited in anticipation for their arrival!

What a grand moment!!!

Also, I am a big believer in the ideal of "Leave No Trace", so there are the friends making sure everything was left as it was found. What a fun event!
