They wanted to do their family photos somewhere in The River Arts District. I suggested The Foundation.

For a long time the buildings on this side of town were vacant and it was a really popular place for grafitti artists to come and go nuts with their art. I have lived in this area for almost 20 years and I was here when it was vacant like that. I hope the rest of the story is accurate, but I hear that when businesses wanted to come in and renovate the buildings and bring the neighborhood to life, they made a deal with the grafitti artists that they would leave the art there and let the artists come and update and add to it whenever they wanted. I like that story. I like artists and I like happy endings in stories with artists. It's just a cool place.
