Nature Lovers Hiking Engagement Session in the Forest

It was the fall of 2023 when I met this lovely couple and had this adventure with them.

They had traveled from Florida to the Asheville area and thought it would be a great place to do their engagement photos. They wanted to do their session in 2 different locations and with an outfit change. We decided to add some extra time to the session so we could do it all.

As we hiked to the first waterfall, I got to know them a little bit and we really enjoyed the hike. We stopped along the way for photos in a few places before arriving at the waterfall. Being from Florida, they were loving the autumn leaves.

After the hike, we drove down the road to another nearby waterfall with a totally different feel. I think we all just had a really great time. I love how the photos came out too. A few months later they reached out again. They had decided to have a destinantion wedding in the Asheville area and asked me to be their wedding photographer as well. I gladly accepted.
