Couple Hugging at Wiseman's View

So Fernando reached out to me and he wanted to specifically do a surprise proposal at Chestoa View. Well, Chestoa View is one of my most favorite locations. It is wonderful for a proposal and even better for an elopement. I love that place. Unfortunately, that part of the Blue Ridge Parkway was closed due to damage from Hurricane Helene.

I broke the news to him and he double checked and yes in fact Chestoa View was closed at that time. He asked if I knew of any places that were similar. I did! I reached out to the Forest Service and made sure it was open. It was a go!
