It was a freezing cold evening a few winters back at Caesar's Head.

The plan was that I would pose as a tourist and when my couple arrived, I would offer to take their photo for them and then he would propose. That is exactly how it all went down.

She said YES!!! It was really cute and emotional. As he stood back up, she just started bouncing around out of pure joy. Yay!!
