For this one in Montreat which is only a few minutes from where I live, I hiked to the top of the mountain first.

A little while later, the couple's two friends hiked up. Their mission was to leave the ring and some rose petals for the lucky lady to discover. Once everything was set up, we all hid in the bushes!! Typical. lol

Finally the my couple arrived. I watched as they approached the flower petals and ring. Garrett had a little emotional talk with Anna and then he got down on his knee and proposed. Maybe I shed a tear too. Don't tell anyone.

She said YES! She got her ring. Then, after a few minutes their friends emerged from the bushes behind me. That was another shock for Anna!!
