View of Asheville NC from the Omni Grove Park Inn

Did you know that if you are staying at the Grove Park Inn, you can ask them for permission and sometimes they will grant that permission to do professional photos there? If you are lucky enough to be approved, it is a gorgeous location for photos.

Mac reached out because he wanted to propose to his girlfriend there and wanted photos of the special event.

They walked past me down the stairs as I photographed the beautiful mountain view where you can see downtown Asheville in the distance. Then, I followed them a little bit.

Mac found a place that felt right and he proposed! She said YES!!! Yay!!! What a happy moment!! Adorable!  We continued doing an engagement shoot after the adrenaline wore off. Near the end of our time together, they felt called to purchase a bottle of chamagne from the bar there and popped a celebratory bottle then and there.

Congratulations and best wishes to Mac & Holly!!
