UNCA Graduation Portrait Session

Katelyn contacted me because she wanted to do a portrait session that would capture some of the memories of her time at UNCA.

Our time together included her showing me around to some her most memorable places on campus. It's really nice to be able to give homage and appreciation to this special time in life. People and places make imprints on each other and graduating college is a serious milestone.

Also, it's not every day that a graduate wants to or is able to do a full split in front of the student library!!! Let me just say that this session with Katelyn got more and more fun! I hadn't had an opportunity to do much sports photography in a little while and was so glad for the chance.

Part of her cherished memories at UNCA included learning to use and loving her longboard. The longboard could not be left out of this photo shoot!!

At the end of our photo session, Katelyn took me up to her favorite hang out spot to capture more happy dances and a little bit of gymnastics set among the mountains.

I really had so much fun during this photo shoot with Katelyn. I enjoyed capturing all of her special places on campus from the biology building to the hill to chill on. This age is truly a special time. Best of luck to you, Katelyn with graduation and what comes afterward!!!
