Oh wow! What a gorgeous wedding that was for Megan & Hayes! They did everything right at their own home. It was a small wedding with a lot of meaning. They actually had to wait over a year to finally celebrate because their original wedding date was right at the beginning of the covid lockdown last year. This time, the wedding date was also on Hayes' birthday so it was a pretty wonderful birthday for him!

Many of the details were created by hand. A lot of love and care  went into this celebration.
 

Their ceremony was so sweet, meaningful, and heartfelt. 

They had their good friend officiate the wedding for them. In the wedding planning stages, Hayes jokingly told me that their friend Nissa would be tying their knot. She literally did. They decided to include handfasting in the ceremony. According to brides.com, "Handfasting is an ancient Celtic ritual in which the hands are tied together to symbolize the binding of two lives. Since this was both Megan & Hayes' second marriage, they did something else really special. Hayes made a separate vow to Megan's daughters as well. I don't think there was a dry eye in the place at that point. The girls were gifted special wedding necklaces at that time. It was truly a beautiful moment. 

A great time was truly had by all! Even the family dog crashed the party! It feels so special to me to be able to be a part of these monumental life events. I am so grateful. I wish everlasting love to Megan & Hayes!!! Congratulations guys!
