It was New Year's Eve and Cade wanted to propose to his girlfriend while they were on vacation in Asheville. We planned a hike so they would be able to be in a beautiful mountain location for the special moment.

They got to the top of the hill and Kennedy sat down to enjoy the mountain view. I noticed that there was a big power line right there and I was hoping they would keep going just a little further. I think Cade read my mind. I overheard him trying to convince Kennedy to keep walking further. Finally they both agreed to keep walking to a place where the view was even better.

They stopped to take a few photos and that is where Cade got down on one knee to propose. The famous last words were, "I hired a photographer. Will you marry me?" 😉
