Kyle contacted me because he wanted to propose to his girlfriend while they were visiting Lake Lure. He decided on the gazebo in Morse Park as the location to propose.

I got there early and took a few photos of the beautiful landscape. Then, I saw them arrive. They walked hand in hand to the gazebo together and I quickly yet quietly walked closer as they did.

They got to the gazebo and he proposed. She was surprised and it was a YES!! Yay!!!! 

After I sent them their photos, they sent me this note:

"Hi Jaime, 

Thank you so much for sending this. I apologize, I missed it coming through but we just went through them and love the pictures. There are a lot we really like and even really appreciate the initial pictures setting up the scene.

We really appreciate you making these memories last. I can’t thank you enough. Amazing work as well!
