The Lagoon Biltmore Estate

Ethan wanted to surprise his girlfriend with a marriage proposal while on a family trip to Asheville.

The whole family was at The Biltmore Estate that day. Ethan chose the Lagoon as his perfect place to propose.

I was waiting at the spot hanging out and taking nature photos. The family was traveling in two cars full of people. I texted with them as they were on the way there and they missed the turn and we had to discreetly get them redirected to the lagoon.

Finally I watched both vehicles roll in and everyone unloaded from the cars. They all walked up to the spot together and then silently everyone except for Ethan & Mackenzie tiptoed away. That's when he got down on his knee and proposed. She said yes in front of the whole family and was pretty surprised! Yay! I love my job!
